How to Enter the Free $5,000 Website Giveaway

Most owner run businesses know their website is not pulling its weight. It loads slowly on a phone, the copy was written five years ago, and nobody answers the contact form until the next morning. Fixing that usually costs real money, which is why it keeps getting pushed to next quarter.

So we are giving one away. Baystreet AI is building one free website for a small business in Canada (outside Quebec) or the US, plus unlimited change requests, with an approximate retail value of $5,000. This guide covers exactly what the winner gets, how to enter, and what happens after the draw. The official rules are the final word on every detail, and we link to them throughout.

What the winner gets

The prize is the same build our paying clients get. That means a custom website designed, written and built for your business, not a template with your logo dropped in. Under the official rules, it includes:

What the prize does not include

We want this part to be clear so nobody is surprised. The prize does not include a domain name, hosting, our $100 a month care plan, paid advertising, photography, video production or any third party fees. The winner can host the site anywhere they like, or choose our care plan at its regular price. That choice is entirely yours and has no effect on the prize.

Who can enter

You can enter if all of these are true:

• You are 18 or older.
• You are a legal resident of Canada (outside Quebec) or the US.
• You own, co own or run a business, or you are allowed to decide on a website for that business.

Employees, contractors and directors of BaystreetAI Inc., and the people they live with or are immediate family of, cannot enter. The giveaway is void in Quebec and anywhere else it is prohibited or restricted by law. Everything about the build happens remotely, so it does not matter where in Canada (outside Quebec) or the US your business is based.

How to enter in about two minutes

1. Go to the giveaway page any time between November 3 and November 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET.
2. Fill in the short form: your first name, business name, email address, mobile number, current website (or tell us you do not have one yet), your industry, a revenue range, and when you would want a new site.
3. Read and agree to the official rules.
4. Submit. That is the whole entry.

A few things worth knowing before you start:

• A mobile number is required. If you win, we contact you by email and by phone or text, so we need a number that reaches you.
• There is no social media requirement. You do not have to like, follow, share, tag or post anything to enter.
• The marketing consent box is optional. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your entry or your odds.
• One entry per business and per email address. Extra entries are removed, so enter once and enter carefully.

How the draw works

On Tuesday, December 1, 2026 at about 7 pm ET, we pick one entry at random from all eligible entries, live on our Instagram account at instagram.com/baystreetai. You do not need to watch to win, but you are welcome to.

Your odds depend on how many eligible entries we receive. Every eligible entry has the same chance, and buying anything from us before or after you enter does not change your odds.

What happens after the draw

If your entry is drawn, here is what comes next:

1. We reach out within one business day by email and by phone or text, using the details on your entry.
2. You reply within five business days of that first message.
3. You answer a skill testing question. Canadian contest law requires the selected entrant to correctly answer a short, time limited math question without help.
4. You sign a short declaration confirming you meet the rules and accepting the prize.
5. We start the build. Plan on about two hours of your time in total, split between a kickoff call and a review call. The site goes live within 14 days of you completing the intake.

The winner needs to take part in the intake and approve the design within 60 days of being confirmed, or the prize is forfeited. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, answers the question incorrectly or turns out to be ineligible, we draw another entry, up to three times.

Once the winner is confirmed, we post their first name, business name and city on our Instagram account.

If you do not win

Every entrant hears from us after the draw. For a short window after the draw, non winners get access to a limited runner up offer: a credit toward a paid build. It is a separate commercial offer, it is not part of the giveaway, and you are free to ignore it.
