1. Sponsor
The giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by BaystreetAI Inc., 39 Arbour Grn Cres, Kleinburg, Ontario L4H 4V2, Canada (the "Sponsor"). Questions about the Giveaway go to info@baystreetai.com or +1 416 858 0316.
The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other platform where it is advertised. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Giveaway go to the Sponsor, not to those platforms.
2. Who can enter
You can enter if, on the day you enter, you:
- are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your province, territory or state if that is higher;
- are a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) or the United States; and
- own, co-own or operate a business, or are authorized to decide on a website for that business.
Employees, contractors and directors of the Sponsor, and the people they live with or are immediate family of, cannot enter. The Giveaway is void in Quebec and anywhere else it is prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period
Entries open on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 9:00 am Eastern Time and close on Monday, November 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received before or after the Entry Period are not eligible.
4. How to enter
During the Entry Period, go to baystreetai.com/free-website and complete the entry form with your first name, business name, email address, mobile number, website address (or tell us you do not have one yet), industry, a revenue range, and when you would want a new site. Agree to these Official Rules and submit the form. That is the whole entry. There is no fee, no purchase and nothing to buy.
- One entry per business and per email address. Extra entries from the same business, person or email address are removed, and the Sponsor may disqualify a person who uses multiple identities or automated means to enter.
- Entering does not require you to like, follow, share, tag anyone or post anything on any social platform.
- The marketing consent checkbox on the form is optional. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your entry or your odds.
- Entries that are incomplete, false, altered or made through automated or scripted means are void.
5. The prize
There is one (1) prize: a custom business website designed, written and built by the Sponsor for the winner's business, plus unlimited change requests to that website for as long as the Sponsor is the winner's website provider. The approximate retail value of the prize is $5,000 USD.
The prize includes a custom design and copy written for the business, a mobile first layout, the Sponsor's AI chat assistant, instant text and email follow up on enquiries, Google Business Profile setup, and launch within 14 days of the winner completing the Sponsor's intake. The prize does not include a domain name, hosting, the Sponsor's monthly care plan, paid advertising, photography, video production, or any third party fees. The winner may host the site anywhere or choose the Sponsor's care plan at its regular price.
The prize must be accepted as awarded. It cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash or another product. The winner must take part in the intake and approve the design within 60 days of being confirmed, or the prize is forfeited. Any difference between the stated value and the actual value is not awarded.
6. Odds of winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Every eligible entry has the same chance. Buying anything from the Sponsor, before or after entering, does not change your odds.
7. The draw
On Tuesday, December 1, 2026 at approximately 7:00 pm Eastern Time, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) entrant from all eligible entries received, live on the Sponsor's Instagram account at instagram.com/baystreetai. The draw is random and is made by the Sponsor or its representative. The Sponsor's decisions on eligibility and the draw are final.
8. Winner notification and confirmation
The selected entrant is contacted by email and by phone or text, using the details on their entry, within one (1) business day of the draw. To be confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must, within five (5) business days of the first notification:
- reply to the notification;
- correctly answer, without help, a time limited mathematical skill testing question; and
- sign and return the Sponsor's declaration of eligibility and release, which confirms they meet these rules and releases the Sponsor and the platforms in section 1 from liability connected to the prize.
If the selected entrant cannot be reached, does not respond in time, answers the skill testing question incorrectly, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the prize is forfeited and the Sponsor draws another entrant from the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor may repeat this up to three times, after which the prize may go unawarded.
9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use their first name, business name, city, and the finished website in announcements and marketing about the Giveaway, in any media, without further payment, unless prohibited by law. The Sponsor will ask before publishing any photo or video of the winner.
10. Privacy
The Sponsor collects your entry information to run the Giveaway, contact the winner and keep a record of entries. Your information is handled under the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. If you check the optional consent box, the Sponsor may also email or text you about the Giveaway, your website and related offers; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any text. Entry information is not sold.
11. Other offers during the Giveaway
During and after the Entry Period the Sponsor may offer entrants paid services, including a credit toward a website build. These are separate commercial offers. They are not part of the Giveaway, buying them does not affect your odds, and declining them does not affect your entry.
12. General conditions
- The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or change the Giveaway if fraud, a technical failure or any other cause beyond its control affects the fairness or proper running of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law. If the Giveaway is cancelled, the Sponsor may draw the winner from eligible entries received before the cancellation.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical problems with the entry page, networks or devices.
- All federal, provincial, state and local taxes on the prize, if any, are the winner's responsibility. The prize value is stated in US dollars.
- For entrants in the United States, the Giveaway is a sweepstakes with no purchase necessary, void where prohibited, and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
- By entering you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
- These rules are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If any part of these rules is found invalid, the rest still applies.
13. Winner's name
After the winner is confirmed, the winner's first name, business name and city will be posted on the Sponsor's Instagram account. You can also request them by emailing info@baystreetai.com with the subject "Giveaway winner" at any time between December 15, 2026 and February 28, 2027.
